Parents expecting twins or more babies can attend the normal ante-natal course and then come to this add-on session.  It will cover:

• expectations;
• birth options;
• what happens in the first few days;
• equipment;
• feeding;
• routines and how rigid to be;
• further help and support networks (including family involvement).
