Sleep Through Your Exams

During stressful periods of life, such as the exam season, it can be hard to focus and stay on top of things.  One key strategy to cope is to make sure that you have a good night's sleep every night.  Numerous studies show that sleep helps our brain process, repair and recuperate, but something seemingly so simple can be surprisingly challenging to achieve.  


This course includes breaking bad habits and replacing them with healthy sleep habits.  For many people, the more you think about it, the harder it is to achieve so we will also cover simple de-stressing techniques so that by the end of the course students will know how to maximise their sleep to maximise their results.

  • Physiology of sleep
  • Recognising and amending bad habits
  • De-stressing and relaxation techniques
  • Use of screentime
  • Timetabling, revision and downtime
